Check Order Status

If you placed an order while logged in to your two : minds account, you may check your order’s status by navigating to the "Orders" section of your account. Here, you will find detailed information on your current and past orders.

If you placed an order as a guest, you will receive tracking information via email when your order is processed. You will also receive a notification when your order is out for delivery.


Return Policy

We accept returns of eligible products purchased online through our website within 14 days of delivery of order with the exceptions noted below:

If you have a two : minds account, to modify or cancel your order:

  • ALL Jewelry is FINAL SALE.

  • Items noted as FINAL SALE on the product detail page and at checkout are not eligible for return.

  • This applies but is not limited to Nike / Jordan sneakers and Gallery Department.

How to Make a Return

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return merchandise using the pre-paid return label included in your order, following the instructions below:

  1. Pack the items you are returning in the original package; enclose the original packing slip or a copy of the packing slip in your return package. Please be sure to mark the return quantity for all items you’re returning.

  2. Seal the box securely and adhere the return shipping label included with your order to the package.

  3. Packages can be dropped off at any FedEx drop-off location (https://local.fedex.com/en-us). We highly recommend obtaining a receipt upon drop-off.

  4. If you do not receive a return label in your package or have misplaced it, please contact support@twomindsnyc.com to obtain a copy.


Shipping Charges

Free ground shipping via FedEx Ground is automatically applied during checkout on all orders within the continental U.S. Please note, we do not ship internationally at this time. Delivery costs are provided at checkout. Shipping costs and terms may vary at two : minds stores.


Returning Online Orders In-Store

Online purchases cannot be returned in two : minds stores.


Making Changes/Cancelling Orders

Should you wish to cancel your order prior to its shipment, please contact support@twomindsnyc.com. We cannot guarantee that your request will be accommodated.


Price Adjustments

Should an eligible item’s price be reduced within 7 days of its shipment, you may contact support@twomindsnyc.com to receive a one-time price adjustment. Please include your order number and indicate which item(s) you’d like the price adjusted.


Forms of Payment

We accept the following credit cards with U.S billing addresses only: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, and Paypal.

We are unable to split tender across multiple credit cards.

We do not accept checks, cash, or money orders.

Please note, you may not use two : minds store credits for online orders on twomindsnyc.com at this time. If we believe there is any payment fraud, we have the right to refuse or cancel an order.


Charges and Payment Authorization

We authorize and charge your credit card for the total purchase amount (including tax and shipping) at the time your order is placed. An email notification will be sent.

If you attempt to place an order, but are unsuccessful, your financial institution may place a hold for the failed amount. This is not a charge to the card, but an authorization. Please contact us at support@twomindsnyc.com or at (917) 388-3429 with any questions or concerns regarding authorizations.


Taxes

You will be charged sales tax in New York. In the future, we may collect tax in other areas. Please continue to check our Terms of Use for the most up-to-date information.


Shipping Internationally

We currently support shipping within the United States only. We will offer international shipping in the future.


Is a Signature Required on Packages?

You may elect to require a signature for your package at checkout at no additional cost.


Stolen Packages

All packages are the customer’s responsibility upon confirmed delivery at their specified address. Should you suspect your package has been stolen after delivery, we suggest you contact FedEx to open a stolen package claim.

We encourage you to set up an account to improve your shopping experience. When you create a two : minds account you will be able to:

  • Check out more quickly on return visits; we securely save your address and contact information for quick check out.

  • View your order history to access the details of all your past orders.


How to Work With a two : minds Stylist

We provide several different ways to work with a stylist to build your ultimate wardrobe.

You can schedule an appointment in-store with one of our stylists at support@twomindsnyc.com or by calling 917-370-8831.


Send an Order as a Gift

During checkout, you may select to have an item gift wrapped in our signature green box with vanilla ribbon. You will also be able to write a personalized gift note. A fee of $15 will be added to your order. A packing slip will not be included in gift purchases.


Does two : minds Sell Gift Cards?

eGift Cards are available for purchase at twomindsnyc.com. They are available for purchase in(x$ amounts). eGift Cards will be delivered electronically to the email address of the purchaser or the gift recipient. eGift Cards will be redeemable towards any valid twomindsnyc.com purchase, but cannot be used for purchase in two : minds stores at this time.

Please note, physical gift cards can only be purchased and redeemed at two : minds store locations.


How Do I Reset my Password?

Visit the Personal Info section of your account and select Reset Password. Alternatively, you may select Forgot Password at login.

Logistics

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, as well as notifications when your package is shipped, out of delivery, and delivered. If you do not receive emails related to your order, please be sure to check your spam folder.


Promotional Codes and Offers

Only one promotion can be used at a time. During promotional periods, multiple discounts cannot be stacked or combined. In the event we believe a customer is misusing promotional codes, we have the right to refuse to honor a promotional code. Please note that some items may be excluded from promotions.

two : minds promotional codes are not valid in stores. They cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of Gift Cards and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offers.


Price Matching

There may be occasions when our products are offered by other retailers at lower prices. We will gladly match another qualified retail partner’s price on identical items that meet our price match conditions:

  • Price match is only for products that are available on our website.

  • The products must be identical; the style number and color code must match.

  • The product must be in new condition and available to purchase in your size on the retailer’s website. We do not match prices for products that are sold out.

  • We do not match prices for stacked promotions.

  • If the product meets these conditions, contact Customer Service via support@twomindsnyc.com. Please include a link to the item on the retailer’s website and indicate your size.


Product Availability

Products added to your Shopping Bag are available, but not reserved until checkout is completed.
